From the website >> What exactly is this man doing? Communicating with his neighbors using his new Toilet Phone? Blowing up his Inflatable Toilet? Or is he simple blowing bubbles? Well the correct answer is None of the Above. This guy is using the new breath easy, Toilet Snorkel, formulated to provide a fresh air source during fires in high rise buildings. http://totallyabsurd.com/

Yes, both Ford and GM are closing plants and retreating- it is not a good sign for North American car makers. And why is this? I think it's best shown in the parable of "Jeremy Clarkson vs The Toyota Pickup".
We've seen the Top Gear host do this before with a Porsche - a very expensive car built with the heighth of German engineering and craftsmanship. But this is just an ordinary Toyota pickup verses a few walls, stairs, falling caravans, wooden shacks, and yes, the tides of the english channel. The final test you'll have to see for yourself.

Uh, aparently there was a live action Spiderman in the 90's in Japan. Well, almost Spiderman. Here's an episode loosely translated into engrish for us.
This one here has to be my favorite!!
iTunes Signature Creator
Wow, this is cool. You know how i loves my iTunes. Well JasonFreeman.net offers to make your iTunes signature file. Basically it looks at what you've played the most and merges clips from those songs to make a single.... sound.... that sounds like everything you listen to. Kind of like those radio contests where they play a beat or two from 10 songs and you have to identify it. Try it, it's cool!

Wow. You know you are on the internet when.... you get a cross between one of your favorite cult videogames from 1987 and a favorite cult movie from 1998.
Well, this site titled We Bout That takes an obscure oponent from Mike Tyson's Punch-Out (regular readers will know my love of this game) and builds a shrine to him, crossing him with cult favorites of cinema and history. The final page has a King Hippo "Where's Waldo" (or Where's Wally for you Brits..)

The Google Pack
Another Day, another Google invention that totally impresses me.
Actually this isn't really an invention of anything new, but rather putting everything a PC user needs in one place at one download. Welcom to the GOOGLE PACK
In a single download and install you get:
Norton Antivirus
Ad-Aware Personal Edition (the best anti-spyware)
Picassa (the best photo manager)
Google Earth (Formerly Keyhole Software)
Firefox with Google Toolbar (in my opinion, the best web browser)
Adobe Reader
... and a few others...
I've got just about all of these running on my machine already, but it's great to have them in one place, from one download - it will make setting up a new machine very much faster and easier. than telling your Uncle Leo one by one the things he needs to get for his PC
Update: After running the thing, i discover - whoa, it's like STEAM for apps. Monitors them, installs them, updates them automatically. That's cool.

TPS Reports
Office Space meets the Superfriends. Does life get sweeter? Sadly there's no Lawrence, but hey. (Some dodgy language if you open this at the office.)
update: Yes aparently it does. Enjoy the StarWars vs Office Space Mashup too!
