Got 112 mirrors and a hunk of wood lying about? Why not make a Solar Death Ray, like this guy? Comes with action shots of stuff they destroyed with it.

Do you ever feel "not chinese enough"? A great film by the good folks at ZED.

I had 3 favorite Nintendo games as a child. Not the SuperNES or SuperSUPERNes or the REALLYBetterThanAverageNES, just the old school NES. Anyhow, those 3 games were MegaMan2, Super Dodge Ball, and lastly, but certainly not least, Mike Tyson's Punch Out. The latter i spent many an hour engaged in the digital sweet science, even going so far as to record the action on a vcr for further review. Yes, i was that sad. All for a shot to dance around the ring with mighty ear-hungry Mike Tyson. I made it twice to tyson, and he promptly destroyed me. Anyhow, I've discovered that FRUSION breakfast drink have... oh it's too horible to write.... made a parody version of MT's Punchout, but where little Mac punches Cereal bowls, Muffins and other breakfast choices. Enjoy. PS Watch for Moe Fin Top! (muffin top)

Amazon is reaching out into several "So you'd like to...." guides- several guides showing you how to do stuff, with helpful links to any tools you need from (can you guess) Amazon.Com. I don't think they had this in mind though when they designed it.....

WEHT.NET >> Translates into "What ever happened to....". Look up all your favorites like MC Hammer, Jake the Snake, or, my favorite, the 'other guy' from WHAM.

Well, FRIDAY i had a great big old party to celebrate the entering of a new decade. I, Kevin Bruce Archibald, hit the big THREE OH. 30 years old. And many of my amigos came out to commemorate that one.... and wore mustaches, bless em. Joel here, i haven't seen since i left for london, and it was so nice to see him again. (I picked up this mustache in Hollywood last week- it's real human hair and u have to glue the sucker on!!!) Thanks to all my friends who came out. I love you all. (Getting sentimental in my old age)

File this under cool. Divers off the coast of Hawaii have found a Japanese WWII sub- make that a Japanese AIRCRAFT carrier sub. The submarine has "three fold-up bombers inside a watertight hangar, plus parts to construct a fourth airplane.". This one was custom built to drop disease bombs on the US eastern seaboard, but when the bombs weren't ready in time, they switched it's mission to bombing Panama instead, which would no doubt slow down the march of ships to Japan.

If there's one comic that's gone downhill ever since i left puberty, it's Garfield. The jokes, (or should i say joke) just seem to centre on the same 5 laffs. Think you can do better? Give it a go go with the Garfield Comic Creator tool. I'd love to see your attempts!!

Hey Folks- remember that enormous home-made ice wall i posted about a few weeks back? Well just a couple days ago, it came down. With a crash. No Comment from the big bad wolf.

I like this photo- I shot this on Monday on the Venice beach prominade at the outdoor courts made famous in "White Men Can't Jump". Used some saturation effects on it too.

In the interests of staying topical- i'm ashamed to present "Escape from Neverland, the Game". We won't be talking about this one in the years to come. But it's 5 minutes of irreverent fun.

KEV in LA>>>>>

Hi-ho! Kermit the Frog here!
--- KeV ARchIE --

World's most famous town sign....
--- KeV ARchIE --

Kev's in LA!!! Horay! Nice how that rhymes. Yesterday I was meeting a client at 7pm which gave me the day to take in the city. Today i'm with a client all day. So in those morning hours I crammed the Hollywood Sign, The walk of fame, stubled across studios WB, Universal, and Jim Henson's turf. (That's his studio, not his cemetary!! Poor fella.) Then Walked on the beach here and walked on Venice beach prominade.... which includes muscle beach. The meeting with the client went till almost midnight, so my sun drenched self was feeling it by the long drive back to the hotel. But hey, you gotta do it. When we went up and down the coast last year we skipped LA, but i'm glad i took a lot of it in yesterday!!! A nice break from snow!

...if you were watching OC last night you saw the new StarWars Episode III trailer. IF you are like me and didn't, here it is! It should be posted on StarWars.Com on monday. First impressions---- WOW!! My wife is also in awe.

And if you know me, you know i like my comics. Growing up I was always a Daredevil fan-- i wish the movie had been a wee bit less ordinary! Anyhow, there surely has been a lot of sillyness in comics over the years, heck all the favorites have been going since WWII- you're bound to do something silly in that length of time. No relationship has come into question like that of Batman and Robin..... and they REALLY don't help themselves with this one. This is a fun site that explores some of the wierder moments in DC Comic history!

And continuing our theme of the destruction of the earth, here's a cheery website that explores all the likely ways the earth will be destroyed, and orders them by soonest to longest likely method. Is ignorance bliss? I think you'll want to be the guy in the room with the knowing smile when it all ends.

One day, all television will be this simple. Watch various things like couches, CD's, tires, and a washing machine, go through the shredder in the aptly named "Watch it Shred" site. No mention of IQ shredding yet.

It seems the country of Niger decided to cancel their special "slave-freeing" celebration when they remembered they don't like admiting they have slaves. File under asinine.

Some people have too much time on there hands. Some people, like this guy, take that to an art form. And so i present to you the "HOW TO DESTROY THE EARTH" website. I hope they don't suceed, because, to quote the Tick - "That's where I keep all my stuff!"
